We stand by the quality of our products and services, but in the unlikely event that you encounter an issue, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Returns

We accept returns only for defective products.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-defective products are not eligible for return.


2. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products
  • Items damaged during delivery

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • If your refund is delayed beyond 7 days, please contact us for assistance.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
